Dan is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in corporate accounting leadership roles within the construction and manufacturing sectors. In addition to his extensive accounting background, Dan boasts 16 years of experience in corporate human resources leadership roles specifically within the construction industry.

Beyond his corporate roles, Dan brings over 20 years of internal and external business and leadership coaching experience to the table. In 2021, he founded BridgeWise Coaching, a venture aimed at providing personalized coaching services. Despite juggling a full-time job, Dan dedicates time to serving up to ten clients at a time, guiding them toward their professional and personal goals and reaching their full life potential.

Dan is a compassionate advocate for bereaved parents, drawing from personal experience, and has dedicated four years to serving on the Board of Directors for 3Hopeful Hearts, a non-profit organization providing support to those who have experienced the loss of a child. Since stepping down from the Board of Directors in June 2023, he continues to provide coaching support to 3Hopeful Hearts, offering guidance and empathy to those who lead the organization.

In his personal life, Dan has been happily married for 37 years to his wife, De, who he enjoys spending most of his time with, along with their playful Pitbull, Ruby. He also spends as much time as possible with his two sons and their wives.
